Where I teach

I collaborate with selected spaces to offer yoga and guided practices focused on body awareness, emotional balance, and well-being.

I currently give regular classes at Club Pellikaan - Almere, where I guide participants through sessions that integrate:

  • Breathwork

  • Body awareness

  • Movement and relaxation

The focus is to help individuals reduce stress, improve focus, and reconnect with a more balanced state.

Yoga Lessons

Reformer Pilates

A full-body workout on the Reformer machine focusing on core strength, control, and alignment.
Improve posture, flexibility, and overall body awareness through smooth, controlled
movements. Suitable for all levels, with options to progress or modify.

This year, I will be teaching yoga at My Own Retreat - Zeeland, in a peaceful countryside setting designed for deep rest, reconnection, and inner awareness.

 

These weekends offer a combination of movement, breath, sound, and stillness — creating space to slow down and return to yourself.

                                          Each retreat has its own unique atmosphere and proposal, always held within a supportive and nurturing environment, with comfortable accommodation, nature, and shared moments that invite presence and connection.

The next upcoming retreat will take place from July 10 to July 12.

​For this retreat, I will guide a carefully designed progression of practices throughout the weekend, creating a balanced journey that supports both body and mind.

I am also part of the team at Florescer Holanda - Amsterdam, where I work as a yoga instructor and holistic therapist.

Within the Saúde Integral (Integral Health) Program, I guide yoga practices as part of a multidisciplinary approach to well-being, alongside other health professionals. The program offers practical tools to support a more balanced relationship with the body, including movement, breathing, nutrition, sleep, and emotional awareness.

The program unfolds through a series of encounters throughout the year, creating space for meaningful and sustainable transformation.
